Terms of Service & Disclaimers
These Terms of Service and Disclaimers (“Terms”) govern your registration for, purchase of, and participation in any workshop, course, program, or other service offered by Beyond AI Training (“Beyond AI Training,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for, purchasing, or attending any of our training, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register for or attend our training.
Terms of Service
1. The training we provide
Beyond AI Training offers educational, hands-on workshops and custom corporate training focused on using AI tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code. Our training is educational in nature. It is designed to teach concepts, techniques, and workflows — not to produce any specific result for you or your business.
2. Registration and payment
Seats are limited and are confirmed on receipt of payment through our payment processor. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
3. Cancellations, refunds, and credits
All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session you have paid for, your payment converts to a credit valid for twelve (12) months toward any future Beyond AI Training session, subject to availability. If we cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a transfer to another date or a credit of equal value. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you may incur.
4. Your own tools and subscriptions
Our training requires you to use your own third-party accounts, tools, and subscriptions, including an active subscription to Claude (Anthropic). You are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for those services and for complying with their terms. Beyond AI Training is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Anthropic or any other tool provider referenced in our training, and all product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- the work, systems, automations, prompts, code, and content you create during or after the training;
- the security, confidentiality, and backup of your own data, accounts, credentials, and systems;
- the accuracy and appropriateness of any information you input into AI tools, and ensuring you have the right to use it;
- independently reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated output before you rely on, publish, or deploy it; and
- ensuring your use of what you learn complies with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and professional or ethical standards that apply to you or your organization.
What you do with the concepts and techniques we teach is entirely your decision and your responsibility. We are not responsible for how you apply, implement, or use anything taught in our training.
6. Intellectual property
All training materials, curricula, slide decks, exercises, templates, and methods provided by Beyond AI Training are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own professional or internal business purposes. 7. Confidentiality of your information
We encourage you to bring real challenges from your work. You are responsible for not disclosing information you are not authorized to share, including your employer’s or clients’ confidential information. Do not share the confidential information of others with us or with AI tools during training.
8. No professional advice
Our training is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, compliance, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on what you learn.

AI is a rapidly changing field. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, performance, income, time savings, or that any system you build will be accurate, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Results depend on many factors within your control, not ours.

Our training and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond AI Training and its owners, trainers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or relating to your participation in the training or your use of anything you learn. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the training giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond AI Training and its owners, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or application of what you learn, the systems or content you create, your data, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.
13. Recordings and media
Workshops may be photographed or recorded for educational and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, let your trainer know in writing before the session begins.
