Stop asking AI
questions. Start
handing it your work.

Hands-on training where you build AI systems around your actual job, with a trainer beside you until they run. Most people walk out with hours back every week.

They built it themselves. That’s the point.
"I came into the AI training skeptical that I would fully understand it, but Jay's teaching style quickly changed that. He laid a clear foundation for a tool I didn't realize I'd been missing in my busy life. More importantly, he showed me how to create time for myself, something that, as a business owner, is one of my most valuable assets."

"This training may sound intimidating (if you've never used AI before) but in actuality, it is anything but. Jay does such a great job teaching you the foundation in the beginning that by the time you move into the more advanced aspects of AI, you feel ready to embrace it. I left extremely excited to start implementing this in my professional (and personal) life."

Why this works when the videos didn’t.

We build for a living. Then we teach.

Beyond isn't run by presenters. We spend our weeks inside real businesses, mapping workflows with the people who do them and turning those workflows into systems that run. The training room is where we hand you the same craft.

You build the whole day, on your own work.

Before the day, a short questionnaire tells us what you do and where your hours go. We shape your training around it, so you spend the day building on your real work, not watching demos of someone else's.

We stay until it sticks.

A weekly open call with trainers. A private community of people building real things. It doesn't expire, and there's no fine print.

What changes

What a day of building changes.

Your busywork gets a system.

The monthly report. The follow-up emails. The research that stacks up. You leave with those running on their own, built by you, on your real work, during the day.

Your knowledge starts working for you.

The way you quote, the way you write, the standards in your head, all loaded into AI where it can actually be used, instead of living in tribal memory and shared drives.

You become the one who knows how.

Participants go back and become the person their company turns to. New responsibilities, new confidence, and work that's more interesting than the busywork it replaced.

Why teams invest
You bought the tools.
Now turn them into work.
01

From logins to running systems.

Licenses are active, a few people poke at chat, and the work hasn't changed. The gap isn't the tools. It's that nobody's been shown how to build with them on their own job. That's the day we deliver.

02

10+ hours back, per person, per week.

Most people have never delegated real work to AI. We show every person what to hand off and build it with them. Attendees report double-digit hours back within the first month.

03

One person proved it. Now it's everyone.

Someone on your team already showed what's possible. A training day is how one head start becomes the whole team's standard.

How it works
Before. The day. After.
01

Before

A discovery call plus a short questionnaire per person: what they do, what repeats, where the hours go. We shape each person's training track from it.

02

The day

Full day, small room, hands on keyboards. Everyone builds on their own job. By afternoon, people are demoing to each other.

03

After

Weekly office hours, a private community, and check-ins. Training day is the first step, not the finish line.

FAQs
Common questions.
How should my team prepare?+

The questionnaire does most of it. Beyond that, come with 2–3 real tasks that eat your week: a report, a follow-up process, document work. The realer the task, the better the day.

How do I know if it's right for my company?+

Tell us what your team spends its weeks on. We'll give you a straight answer about what a day would build, and if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

What is the format for individuals?+

A full day of hands-on building, 8:30am to 3:00pm, capped at 8 people. Everyone works on their own challenges with a trainer in the room.

What if I'm not technical?+

That's an advantage. Working with AI is closer to delegating to a sharp new hire than to programming. The people who can explain their own job clearly get the most out of the day.

Why invest when there is so much free content?+

Free content shows you what's possible. It doesn't sit next to you while you build it on your own work. That difference is the product.

What if I have to cancel?+

Refunds aren't available, but we'll issue a credit valid for ongoing use toward any future Beyond training session.

Taught by people who build.

Beyond was founded by Jay Maru, who spent a decade building data and AI systems for companies before ever teaching a class. That work never stopped. What we learn building for businesses each week is what shows up in the training room.

We teach the Claude stack, and that's deliberate. We test what's on the market, and we'd rather make you excellent on the best tool for real business work than average on four. If the best tool changes, our curriculum changes with it.
